What age is Storytime magazine for?
Storytime has a broad readership from ages 4 to 9 years. It is perfect for children aged 4 to 6 years reading with an adult or older child, and 7 to 9 years reading independently. For children with English as an additional language the age range can be slightly older.

There are no adverts, no plastic toys and each issue arrives in a special envelope, so children have the excitement of receiving their own post! With a subscription you can look forward to receiving Storytime Australia through your door every month. Our first issue released in January 2023, and you can purchase back issues via our Shop.

Once I have taken out a subscription, how will my subscription be confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 48 hours.
When will the first issue of my subscription be dispatched?
The first issue will be posted during the second week of the month after you subscribed. Alternatively, you can specify when you subscribe, which month you want your subscription to start.
Do I have to sign for my magazine each time it is delivered?
No, your magazine will be sent through the normal post.
How do I renew my subscription?
You can renew your subscription online at any time. If you choose not to renew online you will receive notification of the need to renew your subscription in enough time to ensure you don’t miss any issues of your magazine.
How do I notify you about a change of address?
If you have changed your address during your subscription period you can amend your details by emailing service@storytimemagazine.com.au.
What do I do if I have not received an issue on time?
Your issue should usually be with you around the same time each month, but postal delays can happen, which are out of our control. Please allow 14 working days and if the issue has still not arrived, email our customer service team via service@storytimemagazine.com.au. Remember to include your subscription number or full mailing address in any communication to us.
Is the online payment system secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and credit/debit card information secure.
Can I order a subscription for delivery to an address outside Australia?
Storytime Australia is available in Australia and New Zealand only. For any other countries, please go to storytimemagazine.com.
