Storytime Australia - Subscription Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to your subscription to Storytime Australia. By subscribing you are confirming your agreement. If you don’t agree, please do not purchase a subscription to Storytime Australia. Terms and conditions may change from time to time.


Privacy policy

Please read our Privacy Policy. By subscribing to Storytime Australia you are confirming your agreement to this policy and the ways in which we will use your personal details.


Cooling Off Policy

After purchasing your subscription, there is a cooling off period of 14 days in which you may cancel your subscription without penalty and receive a full refund. To be accepted, cancellations must be sent via email to service@storytimemagazine.com.au. Payments will be credited back to you via the original payment method used, within 21 days from the date of cancellation.

Please note: If any issues have been posted prior to your cancellation being received, a $25 fee will be deducted from your refund.


Cancellation and Refund

If you are not satisfied with your Storytime Australia subscription, you can cancel at any time and we will refund you for all unmailed issues on a pro-rata basis (please note that if your cancellation is sent between the 1st and 15th of the month, your next issue may already have been posted). Payments will be credited back to your credit card within 30 days from the date of cancellation, minus a processing fee of $25.

If the subscription was gifted to you — or by you — the person who paid for the subscription will receive the refund via the payment method used.

Australian Pricing

All prices quoted in relation to Storytime Australia are in Australian dollars and include GST.


How to Pay

We accept payment via Visa or Mastercard (as Debit or Credit Cards). If you are subscribing at an event, you can pay via cash or card. Subscriptions paid for via cash are not refundable under any circumstances, to the extent that refunds can be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.


Shipping and delivery


Storytime Australia will be posted to your nominated recipient once per month for the period of your subscription, via Australia Post.


Magazine Received Damaged


Please send photos via email (within 7 days of receipt) to our Customer Service team on service@storytimemagazine.com.au and we will organise a replacement.


Magazine Hasn’t Arrived


Each issue, please allow at least 14 days (from the date you receive the confirmation email advising the current issue has been posted to you) for your magazine to arrive, as Australia Post delivery times can vary. If you have not received the issue by then, please email service@storytimemagazine.com.au.
